Returns
Micheca – Promotions & Home Office Store will accept returns and exchanges up to 21 days after delivery for most products. Some exceptions apply. Gift cards may not be returned except where required by law. For more information see our Return and Exchange page.

Failure to follow the Micheca – Promotions & Home Office Store return and exchange process will result in your credit or exchange being delayed or denied.
To Request a Return or Exchange
Step One
Request a Return Authorization number (RA#) via, email, or by phone at 773 592-9051. An RA# is required for all returns and exchanges.
Step Two
Print the Return Label we will provide you when we issue your RA#.
Step Three
Prepare and ship your product:
- Replace all items in the original packaging
- Remove, cover, or mark over any original shipping labels
- Write in bold letters on the outside of the package:
"RA# "
- Return the package using the provided Return Label at an authorized shipper
